Our home for the week will be a luxurious and stylish chalet nestled in the heart of the breathtaking French Alps in Alpe d'Huez.
Famous for being a legendary stage in the Tour de France, this stunning location offers not only world-class adventure but also panoramic mountain views that make it the perfect place to retreat and recharge.
This stunning chalet combines Alpine charm with modern luxury, featuring:

You'll have the opportunity to take guided mountain hikes, relax in nature's grandeur, and embrace the slower pace of life that the French Alps offer.
Note: There will be one group transfer option provided. If your flight falls outside of this, you will need to arrange your own transfer.
'An unforgettable experience with Rosie and the ADHD untangled retreat in Bali.
It's hard to put into words. I have experienced many retreats over the years. I arrived open minded but a little unsure on what I needed from the retreat. What I didn't expect was to find myself amongst the most incredible humans. I saw parts of myself in every one of them from the minute I arrived. Every day, my body aches from the stretch, the challenging yoga poses but most importantly the belly laughs. I don't think I have giggled as much as I have done for YEARS. I had a little transformation of my own, as I went on my own journey from body, mind, soul. On the last night of my retreat I slept for 10 hours, it was something I also hadn't had for a long time. It showed me that my soul was happy, and I was exactly where I needed to be.

Expect loads of movement, plenty of chill-out time, and space to just be yourself—exactly as you are. There'll be beginner-friendly yoga and Pilates, outdoor adventures to soak up nature, and relaxed moments to properly unwind.
You'll also dive into ADHD coaching sessions guided by Rosie's ADHDer framework. Together, we'll untangle things like limiting beliefs, perfectionism, masking, and those classic ADHDer struggles of "can't start" and "can't stop."
You'll spend time with people who totally get you, share laughs, and leave feeling clearer and more confident. Absolutely zero pressure or judgment here.

Alpe d’Huez - French Alps
The recently renovated chalet Le Camigane, is located on the final bend of the famous Alpe d’Huez bike climb where one can usually watch the cyclists in the Tour de France.
A friendly private bar area is ideal for putting your feet up and having a relaxing drink or snack in the evening.
One of the chalets key features is the amazing sauna and 12 person jacuzzi, which is ideal for easing those tired muscles after a long day on the yoga mat.
The retreat lasts 4 nights, with a full itinerary that balances structure and flexibility as well as downtime, relaxation and restoration.

Absolutely! Many guests come solo. We foster a warm, judgment-free atmosphere where connection happens naturally — or you can take space when needed.
We'll send you a full packing list after registration, but think: comfy clothes, layers, walking shoes, a journal, and anything that helps you stay regulated (like fidgets, meds, or headphones).
Yes! We build in unstructured time for rest, journaling, walks, or simply doing nothing — because ADHD brains need that too.
